Symphonics is launching a smart energy service that can reduce consumers' electricity bills by up to 80%

In response to the sustained rise in electricity prices, the increasing complexity of energy plans, and opportunities related to energy storage systems, Symphonics is announcing the launch of its electricity supply service, which includes a plan specifically designed to encourage self-consumption.

After officially launching as an energy supplier last October, Symphonics now offers residential and business customers access to electricity rates that are more competitive than regulated rates, while relying on renewable energy and smart consumption management.

Symphonics, an integrated player in the electricity supply market

Having previously specialized in building energy management, Symphonics is taking the next step by becoming a full-fledged electricity provider. The goal is to offer an alternative to traditional plans, at a time when many consumers are looking to reduce their energy bills in the long term.

Symphonics' service is available to households and businesses equipped with a Linky smart meter throughout mainland France.

Cheaper electricity, thanks to a unique and innovative model

The supply solution developed by Symphonics is based on a model that relies on:

  • Off-peak rates at 50% of EDF’s regulated peak-hour rates , while allowing you to start earning income from your solar power generation sooner. Every component of Symphonics’ pricing is lower than EDF’s regulated sales rate and includes no subscription surcharges, additional costs, or hidden fees;
  • Off-peak hours during the day, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, so you can enjoy lower rates while using electricity and boost your self-consumption without having to install new equipment. For example, your water heater is directly controlled by Symphonics’ supply plan via your Linky meter;
  • A system for managing equipment ( hot water tanks, heating coils) that helps maximize savings by shifting consumption to off-peak hours;
  • And electricity sourced from France that is 100% renewable
In addition, if the household has solar panels, the excess electricity generated is purchased by Symphonics and credited monthly, without waiting for the annual bill. With Symphonics managing the battery, consumers can reduce their electricity bill by up to 80%.

Unlike traditional providers, Symphonics relies on optimizing energy usage and local generation to offer more competitively priced electricity.

A simple, no-obligation contract

Designed to be easily accessible, the Symphonics service stands out with a no-commitment contract that has no hidden fees, no subscription price increases, and can be canceled at any time. No additional equipment is required.

An energy bill that’s 80% cheaper for consumers

As an aggregator, Symphonics purchases renewable electricity directly from French producers at a lower rate than the grid rate, and this electricity is not subject to market price fluctuations. Symphonics then passes this preferential rate directly on to its customers’ bills.

In addition, the expertise we have gained in energy consumption management through our 85,000 customers and 400,000 devices managed via our platform enables intelligent control of energy-consuming devices. Symphonics allows households to use electricity when it is cheapest and has the lowest carbon footprint.

With this new energy supply offering, Symphonics aims to reduce its customers’ electricity bills, support the development of renewable energy, and establish itself as an integrated player in the electricity market.
