As such, we are committed to respecting your personal data, which is collected and processed during your use of the website www.symphonics.fr (hereinafter the "Site") or following your subscription to our services by accepting our Special Membership Conditions (hereinafter "Membership"). What personal data is used by Symphonics?
We commit to collecting, processing, and storing only data that is strictly necessary for the performance of the subscribed services. If optional data is requested from you, we will clearly inform you about the Personal Data required for the performance of the subscribed service and the data voluntarily provided by you.
Personal Data is collected according to the methods described below and is used only for the purposes that have been brought to your attention and detailed in the following paragraph regarding the purposes of collecting your Personal Data.
Your Personal Data is only transmitted to third parties for the purpose of receiving commercial information with your explicit consent.
For what purposes are your personal data collected and for how long?
Symphonics, as the data controller, collects your personal data via its Site for the following purposes:
- From the website via the contact form: data is collected for our internal services in order to provide you with the requested information. The data is kept for the duration of your information and for a maximum of 12 months after i) the termination of your Membership or ii) in the absence of Membership, after the last contact made by you. On this form, you consent or not to your data being transmitted to technical partners or if you wish to receive commercial information from Symphonics. The personal data collected and processed is: Last name, first name, address, email, telephone, equipment concerned and identification of the equipment, date and time of contact.
- As part of the services offered: data is collected either directly by Symphonics and transferred to our technical partners or directly by our technical partners who install the equipment before and after Membership. We collect, process and store personal data in accordance with the Specific Membership Conditions, which inform you of the collection, processing, storage, purpose and exercise of your rights regarding this data. Your consent is collected on the document according to the Specific Membership Conditions that you sign and which starts the commercial relationship in order to provide you with the products and services covered by your Membership. The personal data collected, processed, recorded and saved at the time of Membership are: Last name, first name, address, email, telephone, configuration of your home, surface area, electrical equipment installed and existing, number, brand, name of the equipment operator, energy contract, name of the energy supplier, presence of a maintenance contract on your equipment, the mandates for us to collect information from the equipment from the manufacturer or installer of the equipment and ENEDIS. We also collect, process, record and save the additional data following installation and commissioning: the identifiers of the equipment installed, the type of subscription, tariff options, the PDL number, the temperature scenarios, the consumption profiles. This data is kept for the time strictly necessary for this purpose, i.e. the time required to manage the commercial relationship, and will be kept for 3 years after the account is closed or the service is last used. All data allowing proof of a right or contract to be established, or kept to comply with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be subject to an archiving policy, and kept for this purpose in accordance with the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force. Your data is intended for our customer relations and technical service departments.
- The navigation data collected through the connection data (logs – IP address) generated by the Site's web server is kept for security purposes, for a period strictly necessary for this purpose, and not exceeding six months. This data is intended for our internal services.
- The Site places cookies, where applicable with your consent. The data collected by means of these cookies, the purposes of their collection, the recipients of the data and the retention periods, as well as a reminder of your rights, are detailed in our « Cookie Management » policy below this Policy. A cookie management module is available to you to transmit your preferences and record your consent.
To which services or companies is your Personal Data communicated?
Your data may be transmitted to:
- To our internal services: the customer service in charge of the execution of the subscribed services, Sales Administration, Technical Service…
- To our external service providers as part of the execution of the service: technical service providers, including subcontractors
- To our commercial partners, after having informed you beforehand and allowed you to express your choices regarding the form of contact.
- Under the Specific Membership Conditions, and in accordance with the General Conditions, you also consent to us transmitting your Last name, First name, address, email and telephone number to the Distribution Network Manager ENEDIS, whose personal data charter can be found at the following address: https://www.enedis.fr/donnees-personnelles.
Can your Personal Data be transferred outside the European Union?
We carry out all processing of your Personal Data on the territory of the European Union (EU). However, for certain specific services, We may use subcontractors established outside the EU.
Some Personal Data may then be communicated to them for the strict needs of their missions.
In this case, in accordance with the regulations in force, we require these subcontractors to provide the necessary guarantees for the supervision and security of these transfers, in particular by signing standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Is your Personal Data protected?
We undertake to take all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data and in particular to prevent it from being damaged, erased or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

– Right to object, in particular to receiving marketing communications: you can express your wish to no longer receive marketing communications from Symphonics or request that your Personal Data no longer be processed.
– Right to erasure: you can request the deletion of your Personal Data under the conditions provided for by law.
– Right to restriction of processing: you can request the suspension of the processing of your Personal Data.
– Right to data portability: you can ask Symphonics to retrieve your Personal Data in order to dispose of it.

When subscribing to a service or collecting your Personal Data, you will be informed of the address (postal and/or electronic) to which to send your request to exercise your rights.
All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity. We undertake to respond to your requests to exercise your rights as soon as possible and in any event in compliance with legal deadlines.
