What is the commitment period?
Our services are non-binding.
You can cancel our service at any time without affecting the operation of your equipment. To do so, send an e-mail to contact@symphonics.fr
What do I have to do to take advantage of it?
The service is fully automated and requires no action on your part.
The optimized programming is sent directly to your equipment, but you still have the option of modifying our suggestion. All you have to do is look at the savings on your bill. Once the program has been established: we'll take care of everything!
How can I reduce my electricity bill?
Our optimized programs, customized to your consumption profile, automatically shift certain consumption to your off-peak hours. Since off-peak hours are generally 30% cheaper than peak hours, you'll save every kWh you shift!
How much can I save?
It all depends on your consumption. However, among our customers, we manage to shift an average of 10% of the consumption initially planned for peak hours to off-peak hours. For a 150m2 house heated with electricity, this represents an average saving of around €108 a year.

Why is this service free?
Symphonics its services free of chargebecause we are compensated by RTE, the operator of the electricity transmission grid.
In fact, Symphonics compensated for its participation in RTE’s calls to ensure the security and stability of the power grid.
During consumption peaks, the electrical system can either trigger expensive and carbon-intensive electricity production or call upon flexibility aggregators – which we are – who have the capacity to shift the electrical consumption of their client portfolio.
Will this affect the operation of my equipment?
Symphonics directly with manufacturers, so we know which equipment is compatible and which is not. In addition, Symphonics services Symphonics the manufacturers’ software and interfaces. Since we do not add any additional hardware or technology, we cannot affect the operation of your equipment.
