Responsibilities
Design, structure, and promote energy supply solutions tailored to the needs of B2B customers, taking into account the specific characteristics of the electricity markets (prices, mechanisms, risks).
- Design and structuring of proposals
- Identify and analyze the customer's needs (consumption profile, constraints, energy strategy) and facilities
- Developing supply offerings (fixed-price, indexed, and structured products)
- Integrate market mechanisms (capacity, guarantees of origin, flexibility)
- Define pricing and hedging assumptions
- Expand the customer base
- Participate in the bidding process
- Develop commercial proposals (pricing, structure, contract terms, etc.)
- Lead negotiations on technical and economic issues
- Secure supply contracts and build long-term, trusting relationships with customers
- Track customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities (flexibility, services, etc.)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Profile
Bachelor of Engineering with 2 to 3 years of experience 2 to 3 years of experience in energy supply, pricing/bid structuring, or a related field (trading, energy consulting)

Under the direction of the CTO and in collaboration with the Business and Technical teams, your main responsibilities will be:
● Drafting of technical and functional specifications:
○ Draft detailed technical and functional specifications in close collaboration with the Tech Lead.
○ Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements that can be understood by the development team.
○ Validate the technical feasibility of features with the Tech Lead before adding them to the backlog.
○ Ensure consistency between functional specifications and technical constraints of the platform.
● Product backlog management:
○ Define, write, and prioritize user stories and features based on business value and strategic objectives.
○ Maintain a clear, structured, and constantly updated backlog.
○ Prioritize based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business challenges.
● Defining the product vision:
○ Participate in the development and monitoring of the product roadmap in line with business challenges and company strategy.
○ Ensuring the functional consistency of the product and user experience.
● Collaboration with the development team:
○ Work closely with the Tech Lead and the development team in an Agile environment.

Profile
With a four- or five-year higher education degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent), you have at least four years of significant experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
As a functional lead, you are recognized for your communication skills, your ability to bring teams together, and your talent for transforming business needs into concrete solutions.
You have solid, proven skills, including:
● Proven experience in product management (Product Owner/Product Manager)
● Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
● Ability to write clear and precise user stories and functional specifications
● Excellent communication and facilitation skills
● Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic environment
● Good understanding of technical issues (without being a developer)
● Knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Workspace, etc.)
● Experience in the energy sector is a plus
● Knowledge of the IoT and/or Data field
● Analytical mind, innovative spirit, and sense of initiative

Under the supervision of our Market Operations Manager, your role will be highly cross-functional.
⚙️ Operations
1- Monitoring of the portfolio of erasable sites (certification of sites, monitoring of erasure potential, monitoring of performance indicators).
2- Operational management of purchases/sales of Symphonics assets on the markets.
3- Participate in the strategy for valuing load shedding assets and deploying them on short-term electricity markets.
🛠️ Development
4- Creation of operational management tools (dataviz, process optimization, etc.)
5- Contribute to the IT development of the Symphonics platform by reporting the needs of the markets team (drafting technical specifications, business recipes, etc.).
6- Market back-office creation and automation
✍️ Studies
7- Various market studies on new sources of value (aFRR, ACC, AO Local flexibilities, ...)
8- Involvement in regulatory monitoring of market mechanisms (NEBEF, MA, capacity markets) and participation in lobbying actions to develop the low-carbon flexibilities sector.
9- Participate in technical and regulatory exchanges with RTE and Enedis.
Profile
First internship experience in the energy field, you have knowledge of or a strong interest in energy, or the related ecosystem (electricity transmission and distribution networks, energy markets, etc.).
You enjoy working within a small structure and have good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently. You are proactive and able to summarize results.
An interest in modeling and data analysis is an additional asset.
