- Access your phone's store.
- Enter the application name "Symphonics" in the search bar.
- Select the application with the following logo:
- Select "Download" the application
You can add your equipment by following the instructions in the following tutorial.
- Download application
- Create an account and password
- In the home interface, click on "ADD"or the "+"symbol andAdd a device"at the top of your screen.
- Activate your Geolocation and Bluetooth to enable your equipment to communicate with your cell phone.
- Make sure your device is in pairing mode (see your device's user manual).
- After a few minutes, your device should be displayed. All you have to do is select the "ADD".
You are connected to the application,
- Go to your Profile at bottom right
- Click on the Settings wheel at top right
- Scroll down to Disconnect
- Confirm your choice
- Once you have done this, click on Connect
- Click on Forgot password
- Fill in your email
- Get a verification code on the email you send us
- Enter the code and renew your password
- Click on Forgot password
