Symphonics works alongside players in the energy renovation sector to support their operations.

Against a backdrop of regulatory uncertainty and a decline in the volume of energy renovation work.
Symphonics has positioned itself as a strategic partner for players in the sector, especially installers who rely on the Energy Savings Certificates (EEC) scheme. Our commitment translates into comprehensive support and innovative technical solutions to massify, secure and optimize operations.
Support for energy renovation projects
Recent revisions to the amounts of aid for operations eligible for CEE and changes to the MaPrimeRenov scheme have resulted in a significant drop in the amount of work undertaken by households, whether for single-use operations (installation of a heat pump, thermostats, etc.) or multi-gesture operations (comprehensive or extensive renovation). This drop in the number of work commitments is largely due to the significant proportion of the cost of the work remaining to be paid.
To breathe new life into these operations, Symphonics is innovating by offering a financial and technical contribution upstream of the operations, in order to massify them. In particular, this contribution provides players with a lump-sum financial contribution, paid for each validated operation, giving them the visibility they need to set up and deploy their system with complete peace of mind. Depending on the operation, this contribution can cover up to the entire cost of the equipment.
Facilitate investment and reduce day-to-day energy costs
To take energy savings a step further, Symphonics also provides consumers who have purchased high-performance equipment with services to help reduce their energy bills. In fact, thanks to its technology and expertise, Symphonics intelligently controls equipment according to the times when energy is most abundant, economical and carbon-free.
For example, we can shift consumption from peak to off-peak hours, use local production hours or intelligently control batteries.
Coupled with the CEE scheme, these actions help to improve payback times, making renovation projects more accessible and financially more attractive.
Securing energy-saving operations
To guarantee compliance and speed up validation times by the authorities responsible for issuing CEE, Symphonics provides its partners with real-time visualization services for the installed base of equipment.
These tools enable us to guarantee, in real time, the installation and operating status of equipment, and thus reinforce the conformity of CEE files submitted to the French authorities. Symphonics thus contributes to optimal, transparent management of renovation projects.
Monitoring consumption and assessing the value created by the work
Symphonics also offers precise monitoring of consumption before and after energy renovation work, enabling the real value created by the installation of the equipment to be assessed, and its suitability for the customer's supply contract.
Symphonics provides performance data on installed equipment, an analysis of its suitability for the customer's supply contract, and information that enables players to simplify maintenance procedures, thus ensuring the long-term future of their installations.
