Symphonics joins Addleshaw Goddard's AG Elevate program

Deeptech Symphonics joins forces with full-service firm Addleshaw Goddard as part of the AG Elevate program.
Deeptech Symphonics partners with fullservice firm Addleshaw Goddard to manage the technological, intellectual property and compliance risks it faces. Addleshaw Goddard as part of the AG Elevate.
A strategic partnership to secure innovation
Symphonics is developing a technology that aims to control electrical equipment by taking into account a range of metrological, economic and ecological data, in order to shift customer consumption to the cheapest, least carbon-intensive hours. The relevance of the models Symphonics develops requires a significant volume of data, the collection and processing of which are strictly regulated.
What's at stake in the AG Elevate program?
The processing of its data by algorithms and artificial intelligence gives rise to models that define Symphonics' relevance and value. The stakes in terms of intellectual property (IP) are therefore high, but require expertise that is complex to grasp.
Why Symphonics was selected
In this context, Symphonics was keen to be supported by a law firm on these issues, and is delighted to join the AG Elevate program, designed and developed by Addleshaw Goddard, which aims to support young companies in the legal and commercial challenges they may face as they grow. Addleshaw Goddard will be able to offer Symphonics its complementary expertise in IP/IT and data protection, corporate and energy matters.
Florence Olive, Symphonics' Marketing Director and DPO, is delighted to be able to work with the mentorship of a leading firm to cover Symphonics' technological risks: " From the outset, Symphonics has built its technology with a view to securing its Data base and the Intellectual Property of the AI algorithms it develops. Addleshaw Goddard's support will enable us to better grasp the legal complexity of its innovative themes, and to anticipate the measures to be integrated into our roadmap, with the aim of providing our customers with ever more adapted and secure services. "
