Subscription
Your subscription fee is fixed and equal to the TRVE. It is calculated based on the capacity of your system (expressed in kVA), in order to cover the maximum power consumption of all your electrical equipment
+ Consumption
Your consumption is the amount of electricity (in kWh) recorded by your meter. This is the variable portion of your bill, which changes based on your habits and daily usage
- Redemption of Surplus
Symphonics helps you make the most of your excess energy by purchasing every kWh that isn't used, thereby accelerating the return on investment for your system.
+ Taxes and fees
In accordance with regulations, taxes and fees (VAT, excise tax, and CTA) are applied to your subscription, your energy consumption, and the value of your surplus energy. These are collected by Symphonics on behalf of public agencies and are included in your total bill

Subscription to this offer is subject to acceptance of the specific off-peak hours for Symphonics (12:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m.
, and 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.), which may differ from the off-peak hours defined by ENEDIS.

Rates in effect for all new subscriptions between June 1, 2026, and September 1, 2026
(1) Prices excluding tax do not include electricity-specific taxes or VAT. Prices including tax (TTC) include the following taxes in effect on the date of subscription: • The CTA (Transmission Tariff Contribution), • The electricity excise tax (formerly CSPE/TICFE), • 20% VAT on the subscription
(2) Prices, including tax, are for reference only and may vary depending on the retailer’s plan. Any changes to taxes take effect immediately upon their implementation. The price of energy supply is fixed and does not fluctuate with wholesale market prices.
(3) Off-peak hours are equal to 50% of the peak hours of the TRVE as of the contract signing date.
