1. The Symphonics Offer

What does the Symphonics electricity plan include?

What does the Symphonics electricity plan include?

The offering is based on three services:

  • Electricity service for your home.
  • We will purchase your excess solar power at a rate of €0.01 per kWh fed into the grid.
  • Smart control of your equipment (batteries, thermostats, hot water tanks, heat pumps, etc.).
Where does my electricity come from?

Our electricity is 100% renewable (wind, solar, and hydroelectric). It is certified under the European Guarantee of Origin scheme.

Does the contract have a fixed term?

No. The contract is open-ended and involves no commitment. You can cancel it at any time at no cost.

2. Eligibility and Installation

What are the requirements to become a customer?

To sign up for our offer, you must meet the following three requirements:

  • Be connected to the Enedis grid.
  • Have a Level 2 Linky smart meter.
  • Own solar panels or be in the process of having them installed.
I want to install solar panels. What should I do?

You can contact us at monoffre@symphonics.fr. We will put you in touch with one of our partner installers.

3. Rates and Hours

What makes up my electricity bill?

Your bill consists of four parts:

  • The monthly fee: the fixed portion, which is the same as the Regulated Sales Rate (TRVE). The amount depends on your meter's capacity.
  • Consumption: the amount of electricity consumed in kWh.
  • Taxes and fees: Amounts collected on behalf of public agencies.
  • Surplus power buyback: maximizing the value of your solar energy production, which is deducted from your bill each month.
Is the Peak/Off-Peak option worth it?

Yes. At Symphonics, the off-peak rate is 50% cheaper than the regulated rate's peak-hour rate.

Are my off-peak hours the same as Enedis's?

No. Off-peak hours at Symphonics are from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. They may therefore differ from those set by Enedis for your municipality.

4. Billing and Follow-up

How are my monthly payments calculated?

We estimate your monthly payments based on your past usage. You will receive a payment schedule spread over 11 months. The 12th month will be a final adjustment bill based on your actual usage.

What is an adjustment invoice?

The adjustment invoice is issued at the end of your 12th month of subscription. Its purpose is to adjust your annual billing:

  • If your actual usage exceeds the estimate, you must pay the difference.
  • If your actual usage is lower than the estimate: Symphonics will refund the overcharged amount.
When will my payment be processed?

You choose your payment date when you sign up: the 5th, 15th, or 25th of the month. Your bill is issued based on that date.

How can I track the status of my application?

Once you’ve signed up, you can follow the steps to activate your contract in your customer portal: https://espaceclient.monenergie.symphonics.fr/
